Discover the flavours less travelled with a two-day escape designed for lovers of great seafood and good times.

Begin with canapés and welcome drinks at Julio’s before settling in for an indulgent evening at Rick Stein’s signature restaurant. The menu shines a light on often-overlooked ocean gems, elevated and full of flavour, with lobster served as a decadent main course.

After dinner, head back to Julio’s for cocktails, dancing and a set from a very special guest DJ. It’s a playful nod to Rick’s early days spinning records at his first restaurant, which originally opened as a nightclub.

The following day, enjoy an intimate masterclass with Rick himself. With personal stories, expert insights and a passion for cooking with the sea’s more surprising offerings, it’s an experience that goes far beyond the plate.
