Sedron has successfully brought together two premier charter companies; incorporating Sunsail & Whitsunday Rent A Yacht, a heavy-duty slipway, a marina complex, an RYA Sailing School, an out bound travel agency, the oldest skipper-yourself charter business and a fleet of up to 40 yachts, catamarans and power boats, located in the heart of the Whitsundays.

I certainly found out the hard way that there is more to be a Managing and leading a team than delegating. After a while I realised that the only thing I could change was me. I simply couldn't work any harder.

Working in the tourism industry for 15 years within the airline, attractions,travel agent and hotels sectors, has provided me to grow, developed and evolved into a professional and passionate team player.
