killer kids - Less passengers for P - plate drivers

Following the deaths of 5 teenagers in a car in Victoria I would like to see some changes that help everyone. They are considering crushing cars for repeat hoon offenders, I say treat them like criminals not naughty angels. 

Kill a passenger through skylarking or hooning and you never ever drive again plus you get a minimum of ten years for each passenger you kill -  faced with a 50 year jail term they might respect attempted manslaughter really is a serious offence.

There will always be accidents but surely we can stop a new driver killing a car full of passengers.

This my common sense suggestion to safeguard the lives of your friends and family.

L - drivers limited to driving cars with max of 2 people in car one must have a full licence Zero Alcohol
P - drivers first year limited  to max of one passenger in car Zero alcohol
P - drivers 2nd year limited to two passengers in the car Zero Alcohol
P - drivers 3rd year limited to three passengers in the car

Breaking the rules will result in both the driver being banned and all the passengers receiving a criminal record that should change the attitude of passengers egging the driver on, attack the passengers for being negligent.
